Learning & Development Trainer (South of England)
Location: Flexible as long as south based.

Full‑time | £35,000 per annum + £3600 Car Allowance

We are looking for a Learning & Development trainer to join our fantastic team of over 40 trainers.

Monday – Friday across our southern health and social care services

We’re now looking for a passionate and engaging Learning and Development Trainer to join our in house Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a training professional who loves teaching, inspiring others and making a real world difference every single day. You’ll be joining a team of over 40 trainers who deliver a wide variety of specialist learning interventions.

The Role

As a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our teams have the confidence, competence and skills to respond effectively and provide the highest possible standard of care.

You’ll deliver a wide range of high‑impact training across an array of specialist services in the South of England.

  • Safer People Handling – Core Skills
  • Risk assessment
  • Fire warden Marshall

This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week). While the position is home‑based, travel to services is required as part of the role.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be someone who is confident, engaging and passionate about delivering life‑saving education.

Desirable

  • NEBOSH/IOSH trained
  • Level 3 Award (or above) in Education and Training

Essential

  • Experience working within a health or social care setting
  • Proven experience delivering training or teaching
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for resuscitation and developing others
