What's the role?

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Training Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of Learning & Development across Northern Europe. You’ll create a seamless experience for learners, trainers and leaders—ensuring every programme, system and training environment is delivered professionally, consistently and efficiently.

From programme scheduling and learner communications to accurate reporting and well-prepared training environments, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly before, during and after each learning experience. By taking ownership of the detail and continually improving how we work, you’ll enable our trainers and leaders to focus on what matters most: developing people and driving business performance.

Please note that this is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract position.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate programme schedules, enrolment, invitations, attendance and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, reporting and data across learning platforms and tools.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to learners, managers, trainers and subject-matter experts.
  • Prepare training facilities, resources, equipment and hospitality to the expected standard.
  • Coordinate delegate activity across Northern European markets and locations when required.
  • Identify issues early, resolve them quickly and keep delivery on track.
  • Simplify, standardise and improve Learning & Development processes so they are efficient and scalable

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail across written communication, records, reporting and administration.
  • A professional, service-led approach and a commitment to creating a positive learner experience.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive mindset—you spot potential issues and take action before they affect delivery.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, learning systems and data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ownership, reliability and accountability, with the drive to follow commitments through to completion.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
