Regional Transport Manager
South East | £60,000-£70,000 + Car + Bonus
Loom Talent are partnering with a growing logistics business to appoint a Regional Transport Manager to oversee transport operations across three key locations in the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential transport leader who is ready to broaden their experience, take on greater regional responsibility and build towards a more senior leadership position.
The Role
Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will take responsibility for transport performance across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, cost control and operational delivery.
You will work across three key locations, providing leadership and support to site-based management teams while ensuring a consistent approach to transport operations across the region.
The role will involve:
- Leading transport operations across multiple locations
- Managing and developing transport management teams
- Driving operational performance, service and cost efficiency
- Ensuring compliance, safety and legislative standards
- Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and transport performance
- Supporting new business, operational change and wider regional initiatives
- Developing talent and creating a strong succession pipeline

About You
We are looking for an ambitious transport professional who has hands-on operational experience and is ready for the next step in their career.
You will ideally have:
- Strong experience managing transport operations
- Experience within multi-user / contract logistics
- Experience managing across multiple locations, sites or reporting lines
- A strong understanding of transport compliance and operational performance
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- The confidence to operate at both site and senior management level
- A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
- The ambition and potential to progress into a broader senior leadership role
