Lead and Scale European GTM Operations
Lead and scale Sitemate's European GTM operations as we transition from startup to scale-up. You'll take ownership of a 20-person team across sales development, account executives, account managers, and customer success - optimising current performance while building the foundation for aggressive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front. You'll be in the trenches with your team, modelling our GTM Operating Principles daily: always keeping the ball in your court, leveraging micro-commitments, and building systematic, repeatable processes that drive consistent outcomes.
Employment:
Salary:
- OTE Remuneration: £150,000 - £200,000 (incl. Pension)
- Base Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 (incl. Pension)
- Commission: £50,000 - £70,000 (incl. Pension)

Sitemate builds best-in-class software and AI agents for the built world, helping construction, infrastructure and industrial companies work smarter and faster. Our mission is to multiply the engineering power of the built world.
Storm is the #1 data capture agent for the front line of the built world - converting audio, photos and videos into clean structured records.
With conversational support in-app and across SMS, Whatsapp and phone calls, Storm is shifting front line workers from paperwork and clunky digital forms, to natural language and multi-channel data capture.
Our core platforms are Dashpivot (safety, quality and field reporting), Gearbelt (fleet and asset management), Flowsite (no-code integrations), and the Sitemate mobile app for every worker on site.
We have strong product-market fit, generating thousands of new leads per month through word of mouth and organic channels. We are backed by Blackbird, with 200 people across 18+ countries and entities in Australia, the UK, the US and Canada.

🔧 Day-to-Day
- Drive conversion at every stage of the funnel (SDR, AE, AM)
- Drive customer success initiatives to reduce churn and expand accounts
- Coach underperforming team members through deals and skill development
- Build and optimise GTM processes, playbooks, and systems
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Analyse performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new GTM team members
- Manage regional forecasting and hiring schedule

🎯 Skills & Tools
Must Have:
- Experience leading GTM teams through startup or scale-up environments
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and metrics
- Proven track record optimising performing and/or underperforming sales teams
- Experience scaling operations from 10-20 to 50+ person teams
Nice to Have:
- European market experience
- Construction or infrastructure software background
- Previous GM or VP Sales experience at high-growth SaaS companies
- Experience managing multi-country GTM operations
Essential Tools:
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Sales engagement platforms
- GTM analytics and reporting tools
- Video conferencing and async communication tools
Bonus Tools:
- Customer success platforms
