The Mission

AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms, like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery, and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics.

We are looking for an Area Vice President to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence by transforming regional territories into a high-velocity revenue engine.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will report to the SVP of Worldwide Sales / Chief Revenue Officer and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will:

  • Drive Sales Leadership & Team Excellence: Direct 6–8 EAEs using the MEDDPICC framework, acting as a "player-coach" in high-stakes meetings with C-suite stakeholders to close six and seven-figure deals.
  • Provide Strategic Regional Oversight: Own the full revenue lifecycle and P&L for your area, ensuring rigorous forecasting accuracy within HubSpot and Clari while defining regional Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Foster Ecosystem & Cross-Functional Synergy: Orchestrate "co-sell" motions with partners like Snowflake and AWS, while funneling market intelligence back to Product and Executive teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
