About the Role

As Regional Vice President, Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth across your assigned region. You will define and execute regional sales strategy, develop exceptional sales talent, build executive customer relationships, and create a culture of accountability, coaching, and operational excellence.

Success in this role requires a proven ability to build predictable revenue, develop high-performing teams, and lead complex enterprise & strategic sales motions. You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, Product, and Executive Leadership to accelerate growth while helping customers solve some of the world's most challenging cybersecurity problems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Own regional bookings performance by delivering predictable revenue, maintaining healthy pipeline coverage, and driving accurate sales forecasts.
  • Develop and execute regional territory strategies that maximize new customer acquisition, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth.
  • Coach sellers through complex opportunities, executive engagements, negotiations, and competitive situations to improve win rates.
  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and executive stakeholders across enterprise and strategic customer accounts.
  • Drive operational excellence through disciplined pipeline inspection, opportunity reviews, forecast management, and sales execution.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional sales talent while developing future sales leaders.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Executive Leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships with strategic channel partners to increase regional market presence and drive partner-influenced revenue.
  • Bring customer and market insights back to the business to influence product strategy, competitive positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Travel throughout your assigned region to support customers, field teams, partner engagements, and company meetings.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Deliver consistent regional revenue growth through disciplined execution and predictable forecasting.
  • Develop a high-performing sales organization that attracts, retains, and elevates exceptional enterprise & strategic sales talent.
  • Grow Corelight's footprint within the world's most security-conscious organizations.
  • Build executive relationships that position Corelight as a trusted cybersecurity partner for mission-critical environments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution that enables the region to consistently outperform.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity or enterprise software sales experience, including several years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • A consistent track record of leading teams that exceed revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 organizations with a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and executive-level selling.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing enterprise sales professionals.
  • Strong forecasting discipline with experience managing pipeline health, sales inspections, and predictable revenue generation.
  • Experience leading through a channel-first or partner-led go-to-market strategy.
  • Executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence with CISOs, CIOs, executive leadership, and strategic customers.
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies such as Network Detection and Response (NDR), Network Security Monitoring (NSM), SIEM, XDR, EDR, cloud security, or adjacent enterprise security platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
