About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Qualified is Salesforce's AI-powered agentic marketing platform, home to Piper — the #1 AI SDR Agent — which autonomously engages, qualifies, and converts inbound B2B leads into pipeline at scale, 24/7.
Salesforce recently acquired Qualified, and we're now building out its EMEA go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to lead a region for a fast-growing, recently-acquired business as it integrates into one of the world's largest enterprise software companies — combining the agility and pace of a start-up with the scale and resources of Salesforce.
We're looking for a Regional Vice President to build and lead a team of Account Executives across the UK and Europe, with full responsibility for EMEA revenue growth. You'll be one of the first EMEA leaders on the ground for Qualified, which means you'll be defining territory strategy, hiring and coaching the team, and establishing how this business operates within Salesforce's broader Agentforce/Data360 ecosystem — largely from scratch.
This role suits someone who thrives leading new “Go to Markets” and is keen to establish the team within a new operating model. You'll be operating inside an a less mature operating unit that's still taking shape, so alongside driving revenue growth, you'll need to bring real operational rigor and build strong internal alliances — partnering closely with Agentforce leadership, Data Cloud AEs, and wider cross-functional teams to establish Qualified's place inside Salesforce's go-to-market motion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
