Regional Visual Merchandiser
Permanent | Full-Time | Field & Location-Based - South West & Wales
Salary: £30,000 per annum
H&T is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Regional Visual Merchandiser to support and enhance visual merchandising standards across our store network.
Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager, Area Managers, and Store Teams, you will maintain high-quality window displays, support the rollout of the VM model store concept, coach colleagues on merchandising best practice, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising and window display standards across stores.
- Train and coach store teams on window dressing and merchandising.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations.
- Conduct store visits, audits, and reporting.
- Work with Merchandising and Buying teams to optimise planograms and displays.
- Manage orders for display equipment and materials.
- Build strong relationships with retail teams and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience.
- Passion for visual merchandising.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident delivering training and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required.

Desirable
- Experience in pawnbroking, jewellery, or specialist retail.
- Experience working with suppliers.
