🚨 We're Hiring: Regional Waste Manager 🚨
📍 Location: Midlands / North of England
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week
💰 Salary: £35,000 – £43,000 + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance
Mitie is looking for an experienced Regional Waste Manager to join our team and oversee waste service delivery across the JLL / Rolls Royce account.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in waste management, stakeholder engagement, and contract performance management who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Managing waste service delivery across multiple client sites
- Leading and developing operational teams
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Driving KPI and SLA performance
- Resolving service issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience within the waste industry
- Strong knowledge of waste and recycling best practices, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Experience managing contracts, KPIs, and service reviews
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Sound understanding of health and safety requirements
- Comfortable travelling every week (WFH available)
