Regional Workplace Experience Manager
Location: Southwest Region
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week
About the Role
ISS is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Regional Workplace Experience Manager to join our Workplace Services team.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of exceptional workplace services across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring our client environments are safe, compliant, welcoming and operationally excellent. Working closely with the Key Account Manager, you'll oversee workplace operations, manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement, creating outstanding experiences for both employees and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing
As Regional Workplace Experience Manager, you will:
- Lead workplace services across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.
- Support the Key Account Manager and act as deputy when required.
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including cleaning, maintenance, catering and associated support services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers and contractors to ensure an exceptional workplace experience.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Champion health, safety and compliance, ensuring all workplace activities meet legislative and company standards.
- Support budget management, cost control and financial reporting across the portfolio.
- Produce and analyse workplace performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive ESG initiatives, including sustainability and waste management programmes.
- Support the implementation of new workplace technologies, systems and operational improvements.
- Maintain workplace documentation, records and compliance reporting.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workplace services across the portfolio.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing workplace or facilities management operations across a multi-site portfolio.
- Experience managing budgets and supporting facilities management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and workplace management systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and workplace compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.

- IOSH Managing Safely
- IWFM Level 4 (or above)
- NEBOSH qualification
