We recruit into our Customer Care team throughout the year as business needs arise, so there may be opportunities to join us at different points throughout the year. We’ll periodically review registered candidates and, when future opportunities arise that match your skills and experience, our Recruitment team may contact you to discuss the role further.
We may also proactively contact individuals whose experience aligns with upcoming workforce requirements.
About the role
Our Customer Care Level 1 Agents are often the first point of contact for our customers and play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience.
You'll manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, resolving straightforward queries efficiently and ensuring more complex cases are directed to the right specialist teams.

Typical responsibilities can include:
- Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and digital enquiries
- Providing accurate information about customer contracts
- Supporting customers with documents, invoices, and general account queries
- Providing first-line guidance on our My Leasys portal
- Supporting general maintenance and end-of-contract enquiries
- Accurately recording and updating customer cases
- Resolving Level 1 enquiries from start to finish wherever possible
- Escalating more complex enquiries to specialist teams
- Delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 1–2 years' customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confidence working as part of a team and using your own initiative
- GCSE/AS/A Level or equivalent in Maths and English
Previous experience within a contact centre environment or the contract hire and leasing industry would be beneficial, but leasing experience is not essential.
Working with us
Our Customer Care Level 1 opportunities are based in our Coventry office. Our current hybrid working arrangement is three days per week in the office and two days working from home, once training has been successfully completed.
