Types of Roles We Recruit For

Seafaring & Vessel Crew

This category includes hands-on roles aboard vessels, covering:

  • Deck operations
  • Engineering duties
  • Onboard support

Whether you’re navigating, maintaining systems, or supporting crew welfare, these positions are vital to the safe and effective running of marine missions.

Marine Engineering and Technical Services

Responsible for:

  • Strategic and day-to-day management of engineering & technical services
  • Maintenance activities
  • Defect rectification
  • Vessel dry docking (ensuring operational readiness)

Marine Operations and Leadership

Responsible for:

  • Strategic and operational planning
  • Fleet coordination
  • Port services
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery of maritime operations across defence and commercial programmes.

Who Should Apply?

  • Individuals transitioning from military service (especially Ex-Forces personnel, whose discipline, leadership, and operational experience are highly valued in defence programmes).
