Current Opportunity: Future Roles Talent Pool

We are currently compiling a talent pool for future opportunities in:

  • Marine Engineering & Technical Services
  • Vessel Operations & Crew Roles
  • Maritime Operations & Leadership

Advertised roles will cover:

  • Onshore positions (e.g., engineering, naval base operations)
  • Seafaring roles (e.g., deck crew, naval engineers, vessel leadership)

Salary ranges and terms will depend on specific contracts, but all positions offer competitive benefits.


Types of Roles Available

1. Seafaring & Vessel Crew

  • Hands-on roles across:
    • Deck operations & navigation
    • Technical maintenance & defect rectification (ensuring vessel safety)
    • Ongoing crew welfare & onboard support
  • Often involves rotating shifts or rotational rostering, allowing return home when possible (depending on vessel type).

2. Marine Engineering & Technical Services

  • Strategic & day-to-day management of:
    • Dry dock maintenance and repairs
    • Fleet power/shipping systems upkeep
    • Mechanical & critical systems (ensuring vessels remain service-ready)

3. Marine Operations & Leadership

  • Administrative and executive roles:
    • Operational planning & fleet coordination
    • Supervising port & harbour operations
    • Leading multidisciplinary teams for seamless service delivery
