- Onshore positions (e.g., engineering, naval base operations)

Salary ranges and terms will depend on specific contracts, but all positions offer competitive benefits.
Types of Roles Available
1. Seafaring & Vessel Crew
- Hands-on roles across:
- Deck operations & navigation
- Technical maintenance & defect rectification (ensuring vessel safety)
- Ongoing crew welfare & onboard support
- Often involves rotating shifts or rotational rostering, allowing return home when possible (depending on vessel type).
2. Marine Engineering & Technical Services
- Strategic & day-to-day management of:
- Dry dock maintenance and repairs
- Fleet power/shipping systems upkeep
- Mechanical & critical systems (ensuring vessels remain service-ready)
3. Marine Operations & Leadership
- Administrative and executive roles:
- Operational planning & fleet coordination
- Supervising port & harbour operations
- Leading multidisciplinary teams for seamless service delivery
