What we’re looking for

- A background in Mortgage Advice, Premier or Private Banking Relationship management.
- Proven business development experience, building and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, professional advisors, business owners and high net worth individuals.
- Practical experience in credit risk.
- A drive to lead and inspire others.
- Passion for customer service and creating lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A mindset focused on growth and development.
