Our Residential Conveyancing team continues to grow, and we're always keen to hear from talented individuals who are interested in joining us.
Whether you're a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancer, Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant, we'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about delivering excellent client service and building a successful career in residential property law.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, opportunities within the team may include:
- Managing or supporting a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing high-quality support to fee earners and clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence.
- Conducting searches, onboarding clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
- Delivering outstanding client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Residential Conveyancing team.

What You'll Bring
We're interested in hearing from individuals with a range of experience levels who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience within residential conveyancing, whether in a legal support, fee-earning or qualified role.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
