Role Description
This is not an easy job, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. As you will know, running any care home is one of the most demanding leadership roles in the care sector. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hazel Lodge, Havenstreet for a Registered Manager at Island Healthcare Ltd. You will be fully accountable for regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and the daily lives of vulnerable residents.

- A proven track record as a Registered Manager, with an unyielding commitment to top-tier care quality.
- An inner drive to seek out hard challenges and lead by fierce example.
- An approach which puts residents, families, and your care team above everything else.
- Thick skin, emotional intelligence, and the courage to make tough decisions.
