Registered Care Home Manager - Greater Manchester
£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Are you a Deputy Manager who's ready to step up, or a Registered Manager looking for a service where you'll be trusted, supported, and genuinely valued?
Delphi Care Solutions is working in partnership with an established and growing care provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for one of their residential services in Greater Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that understands the challenges of running a care service and believes in giving managers the autonomy, support, and resources they need to succeed.
The service already benefits from a committed team and strong foundations. What they're looking for now is an ambitious leader who can continue building a positive culture, maintain high standards, and drive the service forward.
Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge or a strong Deputy Manager who's ready to take the next step, we'd love to speak with you.
Why This Role?
Let's be honest. Good Registered Managers are hard to find.
Most are already in jobs and aren't actively searching. They're looking for the right opportunity, not just another vacancy.
This role offers the chance to join a provider that values leadership, supports professional development, and understands that great care starts with a motivated and well-led team.
You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, influence the future of the service, and build a home that residents, families, and staff can be proud of.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
