At Home Instead, we’re looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our Church Stretton office and play a key role in its continued growth.

Job Description

Registered Care Manager

Church Stretton | Full-time | Monday - Friday

Hours: 9am - 5pm (with on-call duties)

What you'll be doing

As Registered Care Manager, you’ll take the lead on the day-to-day running and development of the service, ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of care.

You’ll:

  • Lead, support, and develop our care team.
  • Oversee care delivery, quality, compliance, and service performance.
  • Take responsibility for CQC requirements and Registered Manager duties.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
  • Support the growth and development of the Church Stretton service.
  • Develop links within the local community and build our reputation for quality care.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the service and the experience of our clients.
  • Create a positive, supportive culture where people are proud of the care they provide.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership experience within health or social care who is ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a senior care, supervisory, or management position.
  • A good understanding of person-centered care and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • The confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a desire to develop and improve.
