We do this by having a minimum of one hour visit, have well trained staff and we match our care professionals with our clients to name a few.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager with a passion for high quality care to join our Dundee & South Angus office.

As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
  • Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.
  • Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
  • Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
  • Committing to drive the business forward.
  • Manage client consultations and family contacts.
  • Be reliable, honest and keep team motivation.
  • You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.

  • A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
  • Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, care at home services
  • Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
  • Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
  • Has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
  • Has strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and good time keeping.

This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and will make a real difference for the older people we work with.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SVQ Level 4 or above in Social & Health Care or willing to work towards.
  • Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
