We do this by having a minimum of one hour visit, have well trained staff and we match our care professionals with our clients to name a few.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager with a passion for high quality care to join our Dundee & South Angus office.
As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
The Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
- Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.
- Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
- Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service.
- Committing to drive the business forward.
- Manage client consultations and family contacts.
- Be reliable, honest and keep team motivation.
- You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.

- Has strong organisation and planning skills.
- Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
- Excellent communication skills and good time keeping.
- A desire to genuinely help people and make a difference.

Qualifications
- Minimum SVQ Level 4 or above in Social & Health Care or willing to work towards.
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Compensation: GBP 32,000 - GBP 36,000 - yearly
