We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Church Stretton office—newly established and now ready for its next phase of growth and development.

This is more than a management role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership, build something special, and create real impact for clients, families, and care professionals alike, while setting the standard for exceptional, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Passion

    Inspire, support, and develop your team, creating a positive, values-driven culture focused on delivering outstanding care and where people feel proud of the difference they make every day.

  • Take Ownership

    Hold overall responsibility for care delivery, quality, compliance, and performance, ensuring services consistently meet and exceed standards, including fulfilling CQC Registered Manager responsibilities.

  • Drive Quality Excellence

    Champion outstanding, person-centred care, embedding best practice, continuous improvement, and high standards across all aspects of service delivery.

  • Grow the Service

    Build on the strong foundations already in place, driving growth through community engagement, relationship building, and a reputation for exceptional care quality.

  • Strengthen Community Impact

    Develop meaningful relationships with clients and families, ensuring care that enhances lives, promotes independence, and reflects the highest standards.

  • Shape the Future

    Use your initiative and ideas to innovate, continuously improve, and establish the service as a trusted provider of outstanding care within the local community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a leadership or management role within health and social care
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding quality care and making a difference
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take on Registered Manager status
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to build, lead, and continuously improve
