We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Church Stretton office—newly established and now ready for its next phase of growth and development.
This is more than a management role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership, build something special, and create real impact for clients, families, and care professionals alike, while setting the standard for exceptional, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with Passion
Inspire, support, and develop your team, creating a positive, values-driven culture focused on delivering outstanding care and where people feel proud of the difference they make every day.

Take Ownership
Hold overall responsibility for care delivery, quality, compliance, and performance, ensuring services consistently meet and exceed standards, including fulfilling CQC Registered Manager responsibilities.

Champion outstanding, person-centred care, embedding best practice, continuous improvement, and high standards across all aspects of service delivery.

Build on the strong foundations already in place, driving growth through community engagement, relationship building, and a reputation for exceptional care quality.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a leadership or management role within health and social care
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding quality care and making a difference
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Willingness to take on Registered Manager status
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to build, lead, and continuously improve
