Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Location: Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: From £40,000


At Radfield Home Care, its mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone involved—and our Care Managers play a vital role in achieving this.

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our premium home care service covering Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor.


The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You will drive growth and performance by maintaining the highest standards of care, fostering a positive and supportive working environment, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring both our clients and care professionals receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home care service
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care team
  • Lead with recruitment, onboarding, and training of our care professionals to ensure we have the capacity for further growth.
  • Ensure excellence in care delivery, compliance, and quality standards
  • Manage care planning, assessments, audits, and recruitment
  • Promote a positive, values-driven workplace culture
  • Support business growth and service development

About You

  • Experienced in a leadership role within a domiciliary/home care setting
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care
  • Strong people management and team development skills
  • Knowledgeable in care planning, compliance, and auditing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment

If you do not already hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, you will be supported to enrol following a successful probation period.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
