£30,000–£40,000 per year + performance-related bonus
Location: East London, Greater London
Job Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Job

Do you want to lead, develop and grow a high-quality domiciliary care service? We are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially aware Registered Care Manager to take ownership of our domiciliary care operation and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As Registered Care Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective delivery of our domiciliary care services. Alongside operational and regulatory responsibilities, we are looking for someone with the energy and initiative to help grow the service, develop referral relationships, respond effectively to new enquiries and convert suitable opportunities into sustainable care packages.

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
  • Maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
  • Complete and oversee client assessments, care plans and risk assessments.

  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and continuity of care.
  • Coordinate rotas and care visits while the service is growing.
  • Participate in an organised on-call/escalation arrangement where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
