Company Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and want to be part of an organisation where quality and values genuinely come first?

We are looking for the right person to join our growing team as a Care Manager.

We are looking for someone with experience in community care who understands that truly outstanding care is about more than simply meeting standards.

Someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of clients and who shares our commitment to putting quality at the heart of everything we do.

Our office opened in January 2026, and we are still at the beginning of an exciting journey. We are building a service with a clear ambition: to be recognised for the exceptional quality of our care, the strength of our values and the difference we make to the people we support.

A quality-led organisation

We believe that care should be about more than simply meeting standards.

We want to deliver care that is personal, compassionate, reliable and genuinely makes a difference. We are looking for someone who shares that belief and wants to be part of an organisation that is driven by its values and committed to continually raising the standard of care we provide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
