Job Title: Registered Care Manager
Location: Cheltenham & West Cotswolds
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000

We are seeking to appoint a well-rounded Registered Care Manager to champion high-quality, person-centred care, lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals, and drive outstanding regulatory compliance.

About the Role:
A key leadership role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and commercial success of the “NEW” Radfield Home Care service launching in Cheltenham.

Your key responsibilities include recruiting, managing and developing the team, whilst championing compliance and delivering the highest quality of service. In simple terms, you’ll be ensuring our care professionals receive the tailored support they need to thrive, allowing us to surpass client expectations beyond their needs.

A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
We also welcome applications from candidates in a deputy manager or care manager role looking for the next step in their career.
The successful applicant will be required to enrol on a qualification in Level 5 leadership and management in care, at the end of a probation period, if they do not hold this already.
