About the Company
We’re working with an established provider who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist short breaks children’s home in Wolverhampton, supporting children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious manager who wants to lead a high-quality service while making a genuine difference to children and families.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance
- Work closely with families, social workers, education and other professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare the service for Ofsted inspections
- Ensure children receive consistently high-quality care and positive outcomes

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a children’s residential home
- Has strong knowledge of EBD and complex behaviours
- Understands the Ofsted regulatory framework
- Is confident leading and developing a team
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and safer care practices
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people

Pay range and compensation package
- Up to £60,000 salary
- £5,000 joining bonus
