About Homes2Inspire

Homes2Inspire are one of the UK's leading providers of children's homes, caring for over 150 children across 56 homes and 2 semi-independent leaving care facilities.
We are proud to be part of the Shaw Trust Group, a charity dedicated to transforming lives across the UK.
Our homes support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Our dedicated teams work hard to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued, listened to, and understood.

Vacancy:

We are currently looking to appoint a Registered Home Manager for our 5 bedded children's residential home in Northamptonshire. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day running of the home with the support of the Deputy Manager.
The home is currently rated as Good with Ofsted.
We are looking for a manager who is a natural leader and has the needs of the children and young people we support at the heart of what they do. You will have previous experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting, a good understanding of Ofsted requirements, recruitment, staff training, supervisions, implementing safeguarding, policies, and procedures.
Perhaps you are an experienced Deputy Manager who is looking for a step up in your career, or a Registered Home Manager who is looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
