🌟 We're Hiring: Registered Children's Home Manager 🌟
📍 Location: Romford, Essex
💷 Salary: £60,000–£68,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Compassion Homes is seeking an exceptional Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our specialist 2-bed children's home supporting young people with learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and maintaining the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing inspirational leadership to a dedicated residential team
- Creating a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing home where children can thrive
- Ensuring full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Driving a positive culture focused on high-quality care and continuous improvement
- Developing and supporting your team through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Working collaboratively with families, local authorities, and multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into registration
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
- PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) training
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, children's legislation, and Ofsted regulations
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Full UK driving licence
