Role Description
The Registered Dietitian – Remote role is a part-time position focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care to individuals through virtual channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting nutritional assessments
- Developing personalized meal and care plans
- Providing ongoing nutritional counseling and education in alignment with MantraCare’s clinical protocols
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
- Documenting encounters in digital systems
- Supporting AI-driven tools by refining nutrition-related content and care pathways

This role requires consistent, empathetic communication with clients, adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and flexibility in working across time zones in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to interpret clinical data and apply current practice guidelines.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and behavior-change strategies to support diverse client populations.
- Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for common chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Skills in Weight Management, including designing safe, sustainable nutrition plans and monitoring progress over time.
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and relevant state or country licensure, where applicable.
- Experience delivering telehealth or remote nutrition services, with comfort using digital health platforms and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex nutrition concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time remote schedule, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in chronic care, corporate wellness, or working with employers/insurers is beneficial.
