Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

NonStop’s client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of staff while overseeing a small number of fostering households, helping everyone deliver safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
  • Help the service grow and improve – support foster care retention, developing staff skills, and building a positive, learning-focused culture.
  • Ensure compliance, safeguarding practices whilst maintaining Ofsted rating and a high standard of care.

Requirements

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Driver
  • Very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations, fostering legislation / National Minimum Standards
  • Management experience, either a Registered Fostering Manager or Deputy Manager within an IFA
