Purpose of the Role
The Registered Manager has overall responsibility for leadership, management, development, and regulatory compliance of RSD Fostering, ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and full compliance with fostering legislation, National Minimum Standards, and Ofsted requirements.

Essential Experience
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England registration
- Significant fostering management experience
- Inspection experience
- Safeguarding expertise
- Leadership of social work teams
- Knowledge of fostering legislation
- Quality assurance and organisational growth
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work (or recognised equivalent)
- Social Work England registration
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to achieve if required)
