About The Role
We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a supportive clinical service within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL).
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across inpatient and community settings, while continuing to develop your clinical, assessment, and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments and identify patients’ clinical and care needs
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans using evidence-based practice
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC standards and local policies
- Monitor patients’ conditions, recognise deterioration, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Build effective relationships with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members
- Contribute to discharge planning, safeguarding, risk assessment, and continuity of care
- Participate in maintaining and improving clinical standards through audit and service development
- Ensure compliance with CNWL policies, infection prevention procedures, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines
- Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, dignity, and a safe working environment

Essential
- Registered General Nurse qualification (RGN / Adult Nursing)
- Current NMC registration
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, and patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
