Job Title: Registered General Nurses – Surgical Wards

Location: Lincolnshire

Contract Type: Ad Hoc / Locum

Rates: Competitive Rates to be discussed

Role Overview

Oxford Natural Healthcare Professionals is currently seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) with proven experience working on surgical wards within NHS or private hospitals.

We have ad hoc shifts available, offering flexibility for nurses looking to fit additional shifts around their existing commitments.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience
  • Current NMC registration
  • Proven experience working on a surgical ward
  • Previous experience within an NHS or private hospital essential
  • Strong knowledge of post-operative patient care
  • Ability to assess, monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to clinical environments
  • Must have right to work in UK (No Sponsorships offered)
