Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
- Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance.
- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing care team.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding person-centred care.
- Manage budgets, resources and operational performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Promote effective safeguarding and risk management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager, Deputy Manager or senior care leader.
- Active NMC PIN would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
- RGN qualification beneficial but not essential.
