Gillespie Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for a successful nursing home in Middlesbrough.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
  • Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding person-centred care.
  • Manage budgets, resources and operational performance.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote effective safeguarding and risk management practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the service.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager, Deputy Manager or senior care leader.
  • Active NMC PIN would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
  • RGN qualification beneficial but not essential.
