Salary: £68,000 per annum | up to 20% Annual Bonus

The Role
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a large national care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a well-established, medium-sized nursing, residential and dementia care home in Central Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a stable, high-performing service with a strong local reputation, healthy occupancy and an established, fully recruited staff team.
Supported by an experienced regional leadership team and extensive central support functions, the successful candidate will be empowered to focus on leading people, maintaining high standards of care and driving continuous improvement.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record of leading successful elderly care services.
They will be a visible, approachable and emotionally intelligent leader, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, residents and families whilst maintaining high standards of quality, occupancy and operational performance.
This opportunity would particularly suit an established Home Manager looking to join a provider that genuinely invests in its leaders, provides outstanding operational support and offers long-term career progression.

Requirements
- Previous Registered Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing occupancy, budgets and operational KPIs
- Excellent understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance
- Commercial awareness with a strong focus on quality and resident outcomes
- Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN), although not essential

The role is commutable from: Falkirk, Larbert, Grangemouth, Stirling, Cumbernauld, Linlithgow, Bo'ness, Livingston, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Kinross and surrounding areas.
