Experienced Registered Home Manager Opportunity
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage a specialist service based in the Carr Gate, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.
This is a fantastic care home which offers residential support for males and females with a variety of needs, including individuals with a learning disability, autistic people, and those with complex needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Must have previous experience as a manager specialising in complex behaviours and learning disabilities
- Open to older people experience if there is evidence experience with complex dementia
- Enthusiastic, energetic and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Able to show a can-do attitude at all times
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it
Benefits
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days with some occasional on calls.
