About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead and drive positive change within our care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with proven service turnaround experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving high-quality outcomes for residents.

The successful candidate will have a track record of improving underperforming services, embedding a positive culture, and leading teams through periods of transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the care home team.
- Drive continuous improvement and successfully lead service turnaround initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Develop, motivate, and support staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Promote a culture of person-centred care, dignity, and respect.
- Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and overall service performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders.
- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections, ensuring excellent outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an adult social care setting.
- A proven track record of successfully turning around and improving care services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- The ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
- Relevant health and social care qualifications and eligibility to register with CQC.
