About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, providing inspirational leadership to your team while ensuring safe, person-centred care that meets all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
  • Manage recruitment, staffing, training, and performance.
  • Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
