About the Company

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, providing inspirational leadership to your team while ensuring safe, person-centred care that meets all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, training, and performance.
- Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and external agencies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
