Are you an experienced Home Manager who takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding care, developing exceptional teams, and creating an environment where residents can truly thrive? Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a positive impact from day one? Do you thrive on leading new services and building high-performing teams?

This could be the role for you!

We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational, and commercially aware Home Manager to lead a 60+ bed luxury nursing and residential care service, supporting residents across nursing, residential, dementia, and specialist care.

The home has an excellent regulatory track record, strong occupancy, a stable workforce, and an established reputation within the local community.

You will be joining a service that already has a strong foundation, with the opportunity to protect its reputation, develop its people, and take the home to the next level.

Your Role

As Home Manager, you will be the senior leader within the home, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and colleagues.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team.
  • Champion outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Maintain and build on excellent regulatory standards.
  • Develop a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive occupancy and commercial performance.
  • Oversee budgets and operational performance.
  • Recruit, retain, coach, and develop talented colleagues.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the home consistently delivers the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
