Registered Care Manager (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Dartford & Leatherhead (covering two established branches)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead two well-established domiciliary care branches covering the Dartford and Leatherhead areas.
With an existing care package of approximately 500 care hours per week and a strong CQC 'Good' rating, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care while driving the next phase of business growth.
This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or highly experienced Care Manager who is ready to take ownership of a growing service and build upon an already solid foundation.
The Role
You will have overall responsibility for the operational performance, compliance and commercial success of two domiciliary care branches, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care are delivered whilst supporting continued expansion.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations across two domiciliary care branches.
- Maintaining and improving quality standards in line with CQC regulations.
- Driving business growth through increasing care hours and developing new opportunities.
- Managing, mentoring and developing office staff and care teams.
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, training and retention of care staff.
- Conducting client assessments and ensuring high-quality care plans are implemented.
- Monitoring KPIs including compliance, staffing, service delivery and branch performance.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities.
- Ensuring safeguarding, complaints and incidents are managed appropriately.
- Promoting a positive, supportive and high-performing culture.
About You
We're looking for someone who can combine excellent leadership with strong commercial awareness.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous management experience within domiciliary care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be working towards it).
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Experience of growing domiciliary care services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence using digital care management and rostering systems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
