The Registered Manager of the home will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery and improvement of high-quality services to children and their families within our homes to the highest standard, within the County Councils standing orders and scheme of delegation, on time and within budget.
The Registered manager will provide leadership and management of the home that they are registered to for, ensuring that team members work effectively with children, families and all internal and partner agency staff. To carry out their statutory duties as determined, principally in relevant childcare legislation, children’s homes regulations and standards.
