Registered Manager – Specialist Services (supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and autism)

Location: Penygroes, Llanelli SA14 7PW
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Driving: Full driving licence essential
Salary: £46,575 Per Annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager with drive, passion, commitment, and creativity to lead our specialist service in Penygroes. You will ensure high-quality care delivery, legal compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and team-building skills are essential.

  • Proven experience managing staff in a social care setting
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and Class 1 business insurance
  • Excellent understanding of residential and domiciliary care best practice
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Compliance
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in leading a large team whilst ensuring high standards of care are delivered to individuals with complex needs
  • NVQ Level 5 or NVQ level 3 and or 4 with evidence of transferable skills from management role
