Care Manager
Location: Coatbridge
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting a Care Manager to lead a successful domiciliary care service covering Coatbridge and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in developing both the service and your team.
Whether you're currently a Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator or working in a Residential Care Manager position and looking to move into domiciliary care, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Care Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the home care service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered while maintaining excellent compliance and supporting future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
- Recruit, induct and develop care staff.
- Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure the service meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Complete audits, quality monitoring and implement continuous service improvements.
- Support the growth of the service through excellent customer service, community engagement and relationship building.
- Manage care packages, staffing levels and operational performance.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience within domiciliary care, home care or residential care.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care setting.
- A good understanding of compliance, quality standards and care regulations.
- An SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and manage priorities.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
