Right at Home Bromsgrove, Redditch & Droitwich is a premium quality homecare provider, supporting older people and vulnerable adults in their own homes, with the goal to keep them safe and happy at home.
If you are a dependable, compassionate, and commercially astute Registered Manager with an exceptional eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. You will be a critical part of our team, managing and developing the care and office teams and ensuring compliance at all times. You will have exceptional people management and communication skills. This role will require a great deal of flexibility and you will need to be focused on achieving operational goals and targets.

Your main duties and responsibilities
- Provide leadership, management, and the highest level of support to the Team
- Ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance ensuring they achieve a minimum of a Good CQC inspection.
- Accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients; ensuring the provision of safe working environments.
- Continued critical review of processes and practice
- Ensure sufficient activity and strategy for the recruitment and retention of care assistants.
- Implementation of training and induction and maintain training records.
- Oversee staff rota and scheduling to safeguard cover of all care calls
- Undertake Care Assistant and Client checks, service reviews, internal audits, annual surveys, risk assessments, and support plans
- Participate in on-call rota.
- Record Key Performance Indicators and report to the Director
- To be a key figure in ensuring the business grows sustainably and within commercial targets.

What qualifications and experience do you need?
- Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care
- In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
- Management experience of service provision in the care industry
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Right to Work full-time in the UK
- UK/ EU driving licence
