Registered Manager

Salary: £37,500 per annum.

Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.

Contract/Hours: Permanent, (working 37 hours a week).

A bit about the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, to join our established Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland which offers supported accommodation for 13 young people.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated and experienced team, providing stability, strong leadership and high-quality care for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the supported accommodation, ensuring it continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and environment where children can thrive.

As Registered Manager, you'll inspire and support your team to achieve the very best outcomes for every child. You'll ensure the supported accommodation continues to meet all regulatory requirements, promotes a positive culture, and embeds best practice across every aspect of care. You will play a vital role in preparing them for their future endeavours.

How you'll help to create brighter futures

Some key responsibilities of your role as a Registered Manager will be:

  • Driving positive outcomes through high quality care planning and practice.
  • Building positive, trusting relationships that help young people achieve their full potential.
  • Promoting a culture of safeguarding, well-being, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the supported accommodation consistently meets and exceeds regulatory and quality standards.
  • Coaching, developing, and empowering your team to provide outstanding care.
  • Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for young people.

Let's talk about you

Whilst a management qualification Level 5 would be great, we are open to those with experience in a management role within a residential/social care setting and we have a development programme to support your professional development.

  • Have at least two years’ experience in the last five years working in a role relevant to residential childcare.
  • Experience in an early leadership role, demonstrating your ability to guide and support a team.
  • You have a strong commitment to creating an inclusive service that meets the diverse needs of children and young people.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with young people with complex needs, who exhibit challenging and behavioural difficulties.
  • Experience of leading by example with the application of safeguarding practices and policies.
