Position: Registered Manager (Supported Living)
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits (DOE)
Hours: Full time
CareerMakers Healthcare has partnered with a well-established and highly regarded provider of Supported Living and Residential Care services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for one of their residential homes and associated supported living services across Leicester.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Experienced in leading supported living services, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding standards, and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Strong operational leadership skills, including staff recruitment and development, rota management, performance oversight, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
- Proven ability to manage service growth and development, build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and stakeholders, while overseeing referrals, occupancy, and expansion of services.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Proven experience in a Registered Manager position within supported living
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
