Job Opportunity

If you are an experienced Registered Manager who thrives on commissioning and wants the opportunity to shape a residential care home, this role offers genuine ownership from day one. Based in Derbyshire, you will lead a full pre-opening journey with the backing of an established care provider.

Package & Benefits

  • Salary of £60,000-65,000 per annum.
  • 20% performance related bonus.

About You

  • Proven experience commissioning a care home or service.
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
