Role Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead and support clinical teams and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for staff and residents.
- Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure the highest quality of care.

- MUST be a Nurse
- Possess your level 5
- Have experience in a managerial role within a nursing home.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
