Registered Manager - Adults Residential Service

📍 Stoke-on-Trent

🕐 Full time, 40 hours per week

💷 £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

Lead a brand-new service from the ground up

We're opening a purpose-built residential service in Stoke-on-Trent, designed to support up to six adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead it from day one.

This is a genuine blank canvas. There's no established routine or existing team to inherit you'll set the tone, build the team, and shape the service from the very first brick, ensuring everything is in place before anyone moves in.

What Makes This Service Different

The service has been designed with real intention: a bespoke sensory room and a robust, therapeutic model of care sit at its heart. Every detail supports the people we care for to build independence, engage with their community, and take part in meaningful activities that help them live fulfilled lives underpinned throughout by a high-quality, person-centred approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
