Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Attractive Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + performance-related bonus

If you’re an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys the business side of care as well as the operational side, this could be a really interesting opportunity.

This is an established, well-resourced domiciliary care provider that has been supporting people in their own homes for more than 15 years. They have a strong reputation locally, excellent staff retention and an experienced team already in place, so you won’t be walking into a service that needs fixing.

Instead, there’s an opportunity to build on something that already works well.

The business operates exclusively within the private-pay market and is looking for a Registered Manager who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, maintain its strong standards and CQC compliance, and play an active part in its next stage of growth.

That could mean increasing the number of people they support, developing more complex care packages, strengthening their presence within the local community and ultimately helping more people to remain living independently at home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
