📍 Location: Retford (DN22)
💼 Salary: £50,000 – £57,200 per annum plus bonus package
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours per Week (flexible to meet the needs of the business)

✨ About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic, and person-centred care for children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a children's residential service supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and EBD
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and relevant legislation
- Promote positive outcomes through structured, therapeutic approaches
- Support, mentor, and develop staff teams to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain high standards of care, behaviour management, and documentation
- Foster a positive, child-centred culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and development

✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential services (LD/EBD experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards)
- Experience supporting young people with behaviours that may challenge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people
